Please join us for the ceremony at 5:30 PM followed by cocktails, dinner and dancing under the stars.

*Please note that the only way to get to/from the wedding location is via shuttle. Transportation will be provided from the Four Seasons and Gravity Haus hotels with shuttles returning throughout the night. For any guests staying outside of Vail Village, please arrange for transportation to your accommodations following your return shuttle (which will drop off at the Four Seasons Hotel, Gravity Haus and Vail Transportation Center). If you need to drive to/from Vail Village, you can valet at the Four Seasons for a fee or park at the Vail Transportation Center.

Please plan to be at the pickup point that you pre-designated on your RSVP card (either Gravity Haus or The Four Seasons Vail)

to load the shuttle at 4:00 PM. The shuttles will depart for the wedding promptly at 4:15 PM. There will not be any further departures after 4:15 PM. If you miss the 4:15 PM shuttle departure, you will be unable to attend the wedding as guest vehicles are unable to access the venue. There will be shuttles available throughout the evening to take you back to Vail with drop-off points at Vail Transportation Center, Gravity Haus and The Four Seasons Vail.

Additional Wedding Day Details

The weather in Colorado can be unpredictable and it will likely be cooler at night, please plan accordingly.

There is a short, uphill walk along a gravel path to the ceremony location and a grass lawn for cocktail hour festivities so ladies, think block heel.
